I am enjoying Wikipedia's scholarly discussion of the term LOLCAT, and its related programming language, lolcode.
There is also apparently a quiz where you can find out which lolcat you are. Since the lolcat fad is played out, it might be too late to get involved, but you should at least arm yourself with knowledge about internet meme fads that have come and gone. ¶ 8:35 PM

I'm not sure what a "meme" is, but this is probably the weirdest meme ever.

I could be wrong, but I think "meme" was coined by Richard Dawkins to describe an idea that repliicates, spreads and undergoes natural selection and mutation similar to how a gene does in a cell.
I only point this out because it is rare that I actually know or can remember any facts whatsoever and this, unless I am wrong, is one of them.
